About the role

What does the average day look like?

In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations across utilities, business rates, and financial processes, making sure everything runs smoothly and accurately. You'll support and guide the team, manage workloads, and step in on complex queries or escalations, while working closely with property, finance, and external suppliers. A typical day includes reviewing high-risk or priority accounts, resolving supplier issues, checking data for accuracy, tracking performance against SLAs, and helping ensure invoices and payments are processed correctly.

A little bit about the team...

You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, made up of one line manager, four direct reports, and a wider team of ten. The team works together in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of work while ensuring accuracy and control, with a strong focus on supporting each other and maintaining high standards across all activities.
