If you're someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and making things run smoothly, this is your moment. As a Work Plan Co-ordinator, you'll be right at the centre of delivery-bringing people, resources, and plans together to make sure work happens safely, efficiently, and on time.

What You'll Do
You'll be the engine behind effective planning and delivery:
- Build and manage annual and quarterly work plans that make the best use of labour, plant, tools, materials, and access
- Line up the right resources at the right time-nothing wasted, nothing missed
- Identify and secure critical access and possession requirements to keep work moving
- Keep a close eye on performance-tracking efficiency, productivity, and cost
- Analyse delivery against plan, spotting trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve
- Call out issues early and help shape smarter solutions
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure plans are practical, achievable, and aligned
- Keep everything organised, coordinated, and running like clockwork
Your experience and skills
What You Bring

- Strong experience in work planning, coordination, and resource optimisation
- Solid understanding of access and possession planning processes and systems
- Sharp analytical skills-you can turn data into insight and action
- Great communication skills-you know how to keep people aligned and informed
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bonus Points If You Have
- Knowledge of maintenance delivery processes and techniques
- Experience working in infrastructure, rail, or a safety-critical environment
- A natural eye for spotting inefficiencies and improving how things are done
