About the role

Join Our Team and Keep Britain Moving

We're looking for a Technical Clerk to provide efficient and effective administrative, technical, and analytical support to the lead manager and their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, organising information, and supporting operational excellence.

 

What You'll Do

Analyse and present data to support decision-making and recommendations.

Provide technical and administrative support to the team.

Locate, collate, and manage data, records, and other information as required.

Maintain and review publications, logs, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and outputs for operational delivery.

 

 

Your experience and skills

What you'll need 

Knowledge of relevant technical functions and activities.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Even better if you have :

Understanding of the operational railway environment.

Knowledge of other functional disciplines.

All positive drugs and alcohol test results for prospective candidates will be securely held on Sentinel database and a 5 year suspension from applying for a safety critical role, a role which requires PTS certification or a Key Safety role on Network Rail Managed Infrastructure will be enforced.
